At Sea Blue Company, we help organizations build and embed restorative justice practices that reflect and strengthen their mission, culture, programming, training, and curriculum. Our work focuses heavily within neurodiverse communities, supporting neurodivergent individuals through restorative, vocational, educational, and community-centered programming while also partnering with schools, residential programs, athletic departments, and community organizations.
Using restorative circles, learning circles, collaborative dialogue, conflict resolution, and values-and-guidelines development, we help communities create cultures of belonging, reciprocity, leadership, and equity that align with their mission, values, and vision.
