Sea Blue Company supports individuals, leaders, and communities through restorative justice practices, circle keeping, consulting, program development, life skills, and vocational learning. Our work is rooted in relationship, belonging, and the belief that people thrive when they are seen, heard, and supported.
We serve youth, young adults, adults, educators, leaders, businesses, and community organizations, including neurodiverse individuals, transition-age youth, and those navigating barriers to learning, connection, or opportunity. Our work draws on best practices in restorative justice, circle facilitation, leadership development, and vocational programming. We honor circle keeping as a gift from Indigenous communities, using circle as a space for listening, reflection, accountability, and shared growth while creating space for voices that are often unheard.
Through an integrated approach, Sea Blue Company weaves restorative practice, leadership development, life skills, vocational learning, and program design to build confidence, communication, and readiness for meaningful participation in community and work life. This work creates pathways not only to employment, but also to personal growth, voice, and long-term success.
